This was the first time I ordered online. Before I did it over the phone and was very pleased by how helpful the person was I talked with. I did not see the arrangement, but I am sure it was perfect

The flowers were beautiful. I'm not sure they received the stuffed animal that I had ordered though.

The flowers were beautiful. The only problem I had with delivery is that I had asked that you call the recipient first as she is not home all day. However the flowers were left at the front door in the sun and fortunately the recipient happened to return home soon after, or the arrangement would have been ruined.

The flowers were gorgeous and lasted the entire week that my husband and I were on vacation. I was sad that I could not take them home with me on the plane.

Somewhat disappointed. The arrangement I picked from the website was chosen based on its beautiful simplicity (Beyond a Bud Vase). The arrangement that was delivered did not resemble that style. There was a lot of added greenery that turned it into a completely different type of bouquet.

I ordered on a Friday, and was given a Saturday option delivery on-line. However, I received a call Saturday and learned that Saturday was not enough time to send the arrangement I ordered, that it would be sent Monday. This was too late for me, but I had already paid online. The woman who called offered to send an arrangement in lieu of the "junk basket" I'd requested, sent them on Saturday to a very happy recipient, and the junk basket was also sent on Sunday. I couldn't be happier with the service. I would recommend this outfit to anyone.
